    Giving you the benefit of the doubt, that perhaps you were understaffed (also a hospo worker) on this Sunday with a trade show in your town. Better management would have preempted this. The best thing you can do is communicate the wait time (1hour for 3 parmas) or just provide customer service to start with is also good. Rushing past our table avoiding eye contact and muttering responses to our query doesn't help. Parma's we're actually great, once they got there but hardly worth the wait.
